It was the very end of September in Denver. When we arrive at our room it was a little chili. I called and asked how to turn the heat up? We don't have the heat on she replied. I figured we could just take the cigarette hole filled sheets off of the other bed if we needed to..... Well we needed to. It was absolutely freezing cold that night. We could see our breath when we woke. Obviously the owners don't have half a brain. Besides that our bath tub was straight out of a third world country. Didn't use it.

Very decent free breakfast.
Concierge staff screwed up booking, charging an extra $150~ dollars and could not resolve the issue at checkout. I will have to call a manager tomorrow to get credited back the mistake. They assured me they called a taxi for me twice over 2 hours (taxis take 15 minutes to showup) and in fact had not. Shared facilities were dirty (un-hygenic) and poorly maintained.

The room that my daughter and I stayed in had exterior entry way. As we walked up the stairway, outside there were 3 men standing on the balcony staring at us. That made us very uncomfortable. After the event and we were in our room, after 11:00pm there was a great deal of arguing going on, they a gun shot from down in the parking lot went off. We were both very frightened and we did call the cops. They made a sweep of the parking lot, but by the time they got there everyone was gone. Needless to say it was a very frightening night with very little sleep. I would never stay there again

Actually everything was perfectly fine, my next choice again in Denver. The rooms were outstanding and spacious here with furniture falling apart and a king size bed, for example. The staff was helpful and professional, just as I expected.

I liked the location of the hotel and the breakfast was lovely.
It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I was appauled! I came with a cold and wanted to heat a cup of hot water for tea and the coffee maker was full of mold. The carpets were horrible and the bathroom was disgusting. When I called to ask the front desk for a new coffee maker she was not willing to even do that. She wanted to completely change the room. As I was not welll, I declined. I would never stay there again and I tell everyone what a dive it was. Not a nice place to stay.

Decent stay with good location
We enjoyed our stay, especially the location which was close to downtown attractions. The breakfast options were satisfying, with fresh waffles being a nice touch. The room had some maintenance issues such as a non-working fridge and a heating system that took time to warm up. It served its purpose for our short visit.

They had a room available
Old and run down, little maintence, floors were dirty, carpets had not been cleaned in a very long time, my socks were black on the bottom from walking in room. Paint was peeling everywhere in bathroom, sheets were so thin I could see the mattress print under it, maid didn't bother to pick up bottles left by the prior guest.

The location was perfect for attending the concert at Empower Field. Our older kids appreciated the nearby entertainment options.
My wife says that having no continental breakfast was a disappointment, especially with hungry teens. A breakfast option would greatly improve the experience for families with children.

Convience to downtown Denver and Football Stadium
Bathroom ceiling was in need of repair, coffee maker didn't work, no record of reservations when we got there.

The location wasn't bad. Just a short cab ride to anywhere in the downtown area.
I understand this is a budget-friendly hotel but the place was falling apart. As soon as you got off the elevator on our floor there was a framed picture with broken glass, the ceiling in our room was crumbling and was falling on the beds and floor, and the shower curtain had holes in it.

I enjoyed the convenient location near downtown attractions, explored many areas by foot. The budget-friendly nature offered me a chance to experience Americana. While the facilities were basic, the warmth and friendliness of the staff were great.
